This pivotal role will drive strategic sales growth, optimise revenue, and ensure compliance across our global cargo network. You will lead market development initiatives, enhance commercial returns, and deliver bespoke product solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

 

Importantly, yours is a role that will build market share and drive digital innovation, resulting in enhanced business and competitive positioning.

 

You’ll also be responsible for leading a high-performing, multicultural sales team, setting clear goals, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Your leadership will be key in aligning regional efforts, developing talent, and ensuring consistent execution across market 

 

 

Additionally, you will play a key role in managing financial risk, developing frameworks to oversee freight forwarders and GSAs, while ensuring IATA/CASS governance is upheld at country level.

About You


Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of cargo sales experience with a global network airline and 5 years in a manager capacity. 

 

You are expected to possess a deep understanding of cargo yield levers, operational costs, and third-party distribution systems.
